Johan never lost his love for The Football Game. After intense career in business with multinationals McKinsey & Company and LeasePlan, Johan responded to follow his heart and stepped into football in 1995. His contribution to the success of different international Football Agencies and the start of his own independent agency (Aggregated) enabled him to set up a broad network in Dutch and international football. Among others Johan managed supervised domestic and international deals for Joel Veltman, Wout Weghorst, Danny Holla, John Goossens, Kees Kwakman and Marco Bizot. Johan feels that IN2-SPORTS Management & Consultancy combines all key management components in one group. Johan is passionately dedicated to help professional players and coaches fulfil their ambitions.
Marcel is combining sports and management since 1994. He has successfully lead a wide range of sports related projects, mainly at high profile soccer clubs as Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and AS Monaco. Marcel has optimized building balanced teams, key in sports and business with the focus on maximizing outcome through innovation. Still an active football player at the Ajax veterans and the father of a professional youth player in the Netherlands bringing the extra personal experience in this management business.
Edo is very experienced in sports management, sponsoring & marketing. Edo has worked in the sports industry since 1990 for Inter Football (account manager), the KNVB (marketing manager) and adidas (global soccer sponsorship manager) as well as being one of the founders and owners of Players United until he sold his shares to the co-founders late 2018. Edo still enjoys playing football weekly and together with his son has season tickets for Ajax.
David started his career as a Dutch sports journalist, writer and columnist. Has been team manager for the Amsterdam football club Ajax for 16 years, where he served as a confidant for many great players such as Ibrahimovic, Suarez, Eriksen, Litmanen and Seedorf. David was a youth player at Ajax in the seventies. In the lead-up to the 1974/75 season, he was selected for the first selection, but due to a long-term injury his active career at the highest level ended. From 1993 to 1999 he was responsible for press contacts within Ajax. In addition to his activities for Ajax, Endt wrote columns for Het Parool and worked as a freelancer for Eurosport. He wrote several books about football, mainly about Ajax, but also about his other great football love Internazionale.
Professional football career with Anderlecht and Brøndby during the 80’s with UEFA Cup finals in 1983 and 1984, three Belgian and two Danish Championships. Danish international with selections for World Cup ’86 and European Championship ’88. From 1992 working four years in the European Parliament in Brussels responsible for the improvement of the communication between the Sports World and the European Union. Subsequently head of International Operations at the Danish Olympic Committee and Sports Director in the Danish Super League club AB Copenhagen. Since 2002 commentator and pundit for TV3 Denmark, the right holders of Champions League, the Premier League and the Super League and parallel Head of Recruitment and Technical Director of Hellerup Idræts Klub in Copenhagen.
Hennie has been assisting Co Adriaanse for more than 20 years at several clubs in several countries. Scouting, coaching and providing guidance to foreign players is his field.
Kristoffer is an UEFA A-licensed football coach. Recently he has been working at F.C. Copenhagen for 8 years, with all groups between U12’s to U17’s. Kristoffer has a passion for helping individuals reach their maximum potential. Combining his excellent skills and professional experience, Kristoffer is scouting potential top players for the future.
Before Mustafa joined IN2-SPORTS, he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Sport- and Event Management and managed a football themed event park in the outskirts of Copenhagen. With his great passion for football Mustafa started building his own portfolio of football players focusing on Scandinavia. His years of experience make Mustafa the perfect team player for IN2-SPORTS combining his knowledge of the game and his network built up in Scandinavia.
